Off to the Ravager
The party left Salvage One in a rented hopper heading our to the Ravager. Davin revealed that he had spent time on the ship and he knew a short cut to the ships main computer center. Davin planned to get the Emperor’s command codes, and with them, try and stop the Katana Fleet which was headed toward the Core Worlds. With a little help from Trig, the party was able to secure an area for their salvage. Using the damage to the Ravager as cover, Rishna was able to fly under the ship and into a ship bay known to Davin.
Once at the ship bay, the party headed out to the control room. The Ravager had withstood the crash well, so there was little trouble using the “secret” supply corridors to move up through the ship heading toward the computer center. As several unsuccessful attempts tap into the ships computer system, Rishna was feeling very put upon. Luckily, he found a droid which quick altered to help get them though all the ships security. Unfortunately, Trig’s cousin, Duggan, had suspected Trig might not want to share the salvage from the Ravager, and followed them on board. Duggan once again appealed to Trig to work with him to get the secrets from the Ravager for themselves, but Trig turned him down. This lead to an attack by a war droid, which the party managed to escape by cutting through a wall and using the service tubes as a path. The droid continued to track them, but the thick hull prevented them from any danger.
Eventually, Rishna rigged up a small bot with some fake signals to lead the war droid away from the party. After that it was relatively smooth sailing. A brief fight with some scavenger spiders netted the party some good salvage – a security data pad, a KEL-11 battle rifle, a mysterious do-dad, and an inquisitor droid. Unfortunately, the Inquisitor droid ran into Lyra’s light saber when it surprised her and Davin was forced to Force Move it away before it exploded. Rishna also lots his other droid which had fled when the Inquisitor droid was activated.
Using the security data pad to access the ship’s emergency movers, the party took a mover to the computer center. There, they discovered the computer center did not have a standard locking system for Yagi to slice, instead it was a biometric system. As it turns out Davin’s hand activated the lock and let them in. Davin explained that he was a clone, and he had at least three different DNA templates used to create him on Kamino. At least one of them, might be the DNA signature of the Emperor, but the other two were Rebel Alliance hero’s – Jedi Master Corran Horn and Briggs Darklighter, a star pilot strong in the Force but never trained as a Jedi.
